Halloween at the Zoo
Today we went to the zoo for their Halloween weekend. There were big crowds, but Jasper managed to see the Hippos crushing and eating pumpkins and the sloth bears eating peanut butter out of pumpkins. We also saw an elephant having a shower, which was a sight to see.
Kaidin's Birthday Party
We showed up to Gymboree for the party and put our presents down with the others. Jasper was running around and climbing. We didn't see the birthday boy or his family or anyone we knew. Matt was starting to wonder if this was the right party... he said he noticed one of the presents said "To:Robert". I looked at my phone and saw a text "Huge mix up. Meet at Salmon Bay Park". Turns out they double booked the place. We sheepishly left with our present and headed to the park. It was the last nice Saturday of the year and a lovely party!
